00:00We were just talking with the NYC Tourism Director about the big bump in economic activity we're
00:04seeing here. I would think Miami, particularly given just the cultural heritage there around
00:11international football, you got to be seeing a big uptick there as well, are you?
00:15Yeah, thank you so much for having me. You know, being that we've been ranked the number one club
00:21in North America the last few years, we really thought we should go all in with the association
00:26with World Cup. So we're actually doing events in three different cities, Toronto, New York City and
00:33here locally in Miami. And Miami, we're really feeling it. And I think this week will be the real
00:40week that you see a huge increase because of the teams that are in town. We have a huge event
00:46with
00:46Scotland facing Brazil tomorrow night. We have the official Tartan Army Party. So you know they're
00:53going to show up in kilts singing, no Scotland, no party. And then Saturday, Portugal and Colombia,
01:00potentially Cristiano Ronaldo's last World Cup. Yeah, super exciting. And the town is buzzing.
01:06Yeah, and he just, I just already just became the first person to score a goal in six different
01:10World Cups. And I should point out the Scots are here in New York City. I was on the subway
01:15today and
01:15a whole gang of them in kilts got on trying to figure out where Central Park was. I do want
01:19to ask
01:20you just about 11 Miami and just the business overall. I mean, we kind of pitch it as a nightclub,
01:24but I mean, the whole operation overall is a lot bigger than that. And give me a sense here of
01:28the
01:28types of events and how you kind of structure them to sort of make sure that, you know, your patrons
01:33are getting kind of a full experience. You know, we really tied into the vibe. So we, you know, we
01:40went
01:40with the heavy merchandise. We have all the world flags and the decor at the club. And then we were
01:47tying
01:47right into the teams. You know, we're finding friends and affiliates that know the different
01:51teams, huge Latin culture here in Miami always. So the, the Colombians, the Brazilians, you know,
01:57even Portugal, um, huge, huge cultural base here in Miami, but like the way the Scots show up team
02:05like that, and then USA playing the way they're playing. Um, you know, we really look like we have
02:10a shot this year. So we've really kind of bought into the world cup, uh, in that manner.
02:16Yeah. Well, give me a sense here. I mean, I mean, who, who would you root for? Not,
02:19not from a personal perspective, but from a business perspective, you want to see a Brazil or
02:24Columbia, one of those Latin American teams or, or would the U S I mean, you know, I know that's
02:28a
02:28long shot that they would make it towards the end, but would that be a bigger deal if the U
02:32S
02:32actually got to the final? I mean, I just think, you know, what we, we hosted the team USA gold
02:40medal
02:40official after party. Um, and that was such a, a, a, a Patriot event that I think USA would just
02:48be
02:48huge. You know, I think it would be massive now. And then on the tail of the next winning, uh,
02:54the
02:54NBA championship now, you know, the finals being in New York city and 11 has a couple events there
03:01with the Cipriani 42nd street. Yeah. I think USA would be massive for this country.
