00:00Being the number one pick was, it just meant a lot to me.
00:03Obviously, me being number one throughout all my high school career,
00:06definitely wanted to be a staple to be the number one pick in the NBA draft
00:09and be in the same conversation with LeBron James, Cooper Fly, Allen,
00:12I've seen guys like that.
00:14And to be a staple in Boston, I mean, I just try to put on for my sake.
00:17I mean, Brockton bred, probably.
00:19I mean, I do everything for them.
00:20I like, you know, helping back in the community and just kind of giving kids,
00:23like, hope.
00:24There's a lot of kids that play basketball out there and think that they can't
00:26make it, but once they see me, they're like, okay,
00:28like, they might have some hope.
00:30I mean, it doesn't have to necessarily be basketball, but anything they do.
00:33If they want to be a doctor, an engineer, anything, I just try to be, like,
00:35you know, their role model.
