00:00So the general trend for anggat currently is going to start near the normal high water level at the start
00:06of the year and continuously decreasing February and March-April-May season, which is today currently is June.
00:16The anggat is decreasing at a rate of almost half a meter per day. So we are expecting na umabot
00:23na ito sa critical level na 160 kung saan possible water shortages will occur kasi most of our supply of
00:30domestic water still comes from anggat.
00:33Based from our recent records, yung magbaba ng anggat below 160. Nangyari ito during the 2019 and 2010 years, both
00:42of which are also healthy new years.
00:45This is different from our projected scenario last month na kung saan inasansa na natin na 280 millimeters of rainfall
00:52per June.
00:52Kaso yung observed watershed rainfall only average 127 millimeters from June 1 to June 22.
01:17millimeters of rainfall.
01:18The rest is mababa, almost 15, below 10 millimeters of rainfall.
01:23Ganun pa man, yung recovery period is still by the second or third week of July and we are expecting
01:29anggat's water level to continuously rise until the end of the year.
01:35So still, yung caution pa rin natin kahit mag-recover yung anggat is yung for the first quarter of the
01:42following year kasi maglilinger yung effects ng ilinyo leading to the dry season of 2027.
01:46Kaya hopefully, at least umabot man lang sa normal high water level anggat by December 31.
