00:00Are the contractors who did the initial work with the reflecting pool, are they to blame for the current condition
00:05or is it the vandals?
00:06No, no, we had vandals, no, vandals, you know, we have a hundred and we have a, I think, two
00:12hundred and ninety, three hundred foot slit right through it, probably a box cutter or a knife of some kind.
00:19We had people lifting up the basic, some of the, it's not a lot of damage, but it's, we'll probably
00:25have to let the water out and refix it.
00:28They went in there with, with a knife.
00:31I was just told by the, by the people over at Parks, they have five people are arrested and five
00:38people are under investigation right now.
00:41And it's a sad thing.
00:42In addition to that, they, you know, we put brand new, beautiful grass all around.
00:47They put these massive letters on the grass.
00:50You probably know about that, right?
00:53And they said 86, 47.
00:56They probably got that from the dirty cop.
00:58Call me.
00:59You know, he's a dirty cop, don't you?
01:01Dirty cop.
01:01He's a crooked guy.
01:03They destroyed the grass.
01:04So that's a big thing, but we're going to get it back very soon.
01:09National Guard and police have been all over the mall.
01:12How would these vandals have gotten so close to do something like that?
01:16Do you have any proof of this?
01:17I mean, we didn't have, we didn't have a lot of them then.
01:19Who would think that somebody would go into a pool and take a knife and start cutting it?
01:22Do you have proof of that?
01:24Yeah, yeah, we have proof.
01:25Photos or videos?
01:26Well, let's put it this way.
01:27When you have a 350, I think it's 350, not 250, a 350 foot slit from one end to the
01:34other.
01:35You think that's proof?
01:37You think that's proof?
01:38The employees have been down there today looking for that slit that you mentioned.
01:41There's no evidence.
01:41All you have to do is see the Parks Department.
01:43They'll show it to you.
01:44See, see the secretary.
01:48But I saw it.
01:50They cut it.
01:50They cut it very violently.
01:52The same thing with the floor.
01:53They cut it.
01:54They cut it very nicely.
01:54They cut it very nicely.
01:54They cut it.
01:54Grazie a tutti.
