37:53You arrived here as experienced professionals and are now living with broader knowledge,
38:02sharper strategic awareness and greater responsibility.
38:11I want to acknowledge and thank your families and friends.
38:17They share the burdens of military service and your conduct should always honor their sacrifices
38:27and support.
38:30I also thank the faculty for their dedication and the RDF leadership for ensuring that this
38:41courage is equipped to uphold the highest standards of excellence.
38:53this cohort brings together officers from the RDF and from partner and allied countries across
39:08across the region and beyond.
39:13I thank them for being good partners and friends and joining us for the good conduct and completion

39:35The values, the value of the connections that you have made here cannot be overstated.
39:50When officers who trained together meet in operations, regional engagements or moments of crisis, they already

40:11This course was designed to enhance your ability to navigate complex and sometimes seemingly impossible situations.
40:26There are, however, certain qualities that cannot give you.
40:38There are, however, certain qualities that you must personally cultivate.
40:46The first is courage.
40:51You will not always have guarantees and for some, this can create a paralysis.
