00:00If the word yoga comes to be synonymous with physical exercise, it's a joke.
00:05When you look at the mass of people, what is it that you find more unhealthy?
00:12The body or the mind?
00:14The mind.
00:14The mind is restless.
00:15It won't really help the mind much if you are busy exercising the body.
00:21What is it that our desires are crazy for?
00:24Why is it that we never find complete happiness?
00:28Addressing these questions is real yoga and only such yoga can save man.
00:36Instead, if the word yoga comes to be synonymous with physical exercise, it's a joke.
00:42We keep on consuming the other's body, we keep on consuming knowledge,
00:47keep on consuming the products of science, gifts of technology,
00:52and yet none of that brings us to any kind of final piece.
00:55And all of that is because the mind is separated from something that it desperately wants.
01:02So yoga has to be an inquiry into who we are and what is it that we really want.
