00:12the Organization of American State General Secretary, as we present it early March in the Permanent Council,
00:19we stand with the democratically elected, constitutionally elected government of Bolivia,
00:25simply because we cannot support any kind of disturbance of a constitutional process.
00:32Secondly, we condemn all road blockades which are in place.
00:39I know that the government is dealing with some of it now, but it is inhumane to block a road
00:46so that surfaces like medical surfaces,
00:50food and fuel cannot reach the people.
00:53That is not a demonstration, that is a criminal act, in my view, and it has to be addressed.
