Taiwanese actor Tseng Jing-hua has made history at the 2026 Korea International Streaming Festival's Global OTT Awards in Busan, taking home the Best Lead Actor award. Tseng was recognized for his intense, multi-layered portrayal of a traumatized serial killer in the hit Netflix series "Had I Not Seen the Sun."
