00:00Have you seen the image of that donkey?
00:01The master is sitting on its back dangling a carrot in the front and the donkey is running.
00:05And he never gets the carrot obviously.
00:07Or the donkey is being spanked from behind and the donkey is running.
00:11Either fear or greed.
00:12These are our motivators.
00:13Both are tension.
00:14Fear is a tension and greed is a tension.
00:16You go to any corporate office and you see what is happening.
00:19There are only these motivations that people have.
00:21Fears, targets, goals, a carrot or a stick.
00:24Is it good to work like that?
00:25You can either dangle a carrot in front of me and I'll run after it.
00:29Learn to work as if you are playing.
00:32As if you are freely dancing.
00:33Work that way.
00:34Whatever mankind can call its glory did not come to it because somebody was aiming for it.
00:41It just happened.
00:42A real innovation.
00:43How can it happen as a result of target?
00:46If it is really new, can you target it?
00:48In science, in medicine, in philosophy, in spirituality.
00:52Whatever is truly great comes when you are relaxed.
00:55Don't be addicted to tension.
00:57Target is tension.
