00:11My thoughts are with all of those affected, especially the people who've been injured, their friends and their family.
00:20We do know that there have been a number of serious injuries and sadly one person has died.
00:26I would like to express my gratitude to the emergency services who were very fast to the scene and also
00:33to inspectors from the rail accident investigation branch who were at the site within hours.
00:40We will make sure that there's a thorough investigation done to establish how this collision happened and to ensure that
00:47lessons are learned so that we don't have an incident like this ever again.
