00:49So, thank you so much for having me. It is a greatest pleasure to be in Rome with the FII
00:55Institute today.
00:57I can see I spent a fabulous morning this morning with the leaders from Saudi Arabia, leaders from Italy and
01:05from United States as well.
01:08And I can see that Europe is at introspective point where how do we marching forward into the future.
01:17We see the challenges that Europe is facing today with the geopolitical pressure, but however, I see more opportunities than
01:26challenges.
01:26I think this conference, it's extremely timely. All the topics are discussed today are incredibly important and I think as
01:39European leaders I will be thinking about these questions on a daily basis.
01:43As a wealth management, as a manager from United States, as you know, we are championing the American exceptionalism, however,
01:54that leaves the question to European corporate leaders.
01:58How do you want to steer your corporation into the next century to have the world paying more attention in
02:05you and to want it to more invest more in you?
02:09I think Europe has profound history, an incredibly sound infrastructure, a very educated workforce, so I see opportunities and I
02:20think Europe has the ability to pivot really fast and to motivate young people, motivate your incredible workforce and to
02:31lead into the future of this great generation and time.

03:03Well, I am the only female CEO in wealth management in New York in the Royal Bank of Canada clearing
03:12custody system that I can see we are in the greatest time of wealth transfer into the hands of women.
03:18So, I do have a message for European women and especially young women, study finance, study investments, learn how to
03:27invest your capital, it doesn't have to be a great amount, it can start with little amount,
03:34but the knowledge and the skill and the will to manage your money to manage your money, to learn about
03:42how capital works is the greatest power in the hands of women.
03:47So, I want European women, young women to really utilize this great time because there will be a lot of
03:55money going into your hands and to learn about how to manage money
03:59and to be interested in learning those instruments and investments and to work with investment professionals and I do believe
04:08that the future is yours.
