00:10It's less physical, more the trace of the ego that wants to see instant change and sees that
00:20change that it wants is not coming. So even this tiredness is egoic because there is that
00:25that remaining ego and it will always remain that wants to see results that wants to see impact
00:31and it sees that the impact is slow to come and then there is a resultant disappointment which
00:38happens after all sessions. I never leave my sessions without that aftertaste that little
00:44thing is always there. Having put in everything the ego says now where are the rewards here are
00:49the returns especially quick returns if you've been able to totally transform at least a couple
00:55which is obviously this utopian wishfulness there's nothing in that but nevertheless it
01:01exists as a human thing after five minutes it's all gone and one then buckles up for the next day.
