00:00It's Benzinga, bringing Wall Street to Main Street.
00:02Carvana has purchased seven new vehicle franchises since last year, primarily selling Stellantis
00:07brands including Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram, according to CNBC. The company's first
00:13Stellantis store in Casa Grande, Arizona, sold more than 700 new vehicles last month.
00:19That made it the top-selling Stellantis store nationally, up from roughly 30 to 50 monthly
00:24sales before Carvana acquired it. Additional franchise locations operate in Sacramento,
00:29San Diego, Dallas, Atlanta, Cleveland, and Boston. The move gives Carvana access to private dealer-only
00:35auctions, new revenue streams and parts, service and finance, and a deeper reach into the vehicle
00:41life cycle. Stellantis, which has lost U.S. market share in recent years, has approved Carvana as a
00:47certified website provider and treats it like other large corporate dealer groups. For all things
