00:00If you grew up in the 90s, your mom probably made you cinnamon sugar toast.
00:02So I'm going to use this as inspiration for my Rice Krispie treat.
00:05Whoa, mama.
00:05First, we're going to start with a little trick that I learned from Nicole.
00:07Start by spraying your pan, then place six tablespoons of butter at the bottom,
00:10add a little vanilla, add in your marshmallows,
00:12then add your eight cups of Rice Krispies.
00:14Now this goes in the oven at 350 for about 20 minutes.
00:16I personally think this hack is genius because you get that nice, toasty marshmallow flavor in there.
00:21Give it a stir and then gently press it down into an even layer.
00:23Coat the top with a little bit of melted butter.
00:25This is going to give the sugar and cinnamon something to stick to.
00:27Now we're just going to boil this on high for about one to two minutes.
00:29Smells amazing.
00:30The sugar is perfectly caramelized on the top.
00:32Whoa, mama.
00:33They're crispy and chewy.
00:34It almost tastes like cinnamon toast crunch.
00:36This might be my favorite new way to make Rice Krispies.
