Congressman Robert Garcia has intensified the political battle over the Epstein files investigation, accusing Vice President JD Vance of being “directly involved” in what he described as a massive cover up tied to the Trump administration. Garcia’s explosive remarks have reignited demands for greater transparency and full disclosure of investigative records. The allegations are fueling sharp partisan clashes in Washington, with critics calling for answers while supporters dismiss the claims as politically motivated. As scrutiny grows, the controversy is adding fresh pressure on the White House and keeping the Epstein files at the center of national debate.

00:00Yesterday's reporting in the New York Times, we find to be a bombshell as it relates to information around the
00:08Epstein case.
00:09For the very first time, we have the vice president of the United States, who we now know has been
00:15involved in directing strategy on this massive cover-up from the situation room.
00:20The top administration officials, the vice president, the White House chief of staff, the director of the FBI, the attorney
00:28general, top communications staff are sitting around the situation room planning strategy on how to cover up the Epstein files.
00:36They're talking strategy on how to ensure that Donald Trump is not accused of anything, that his name does not
00:44appear.
00:44They're talking strategy on how to possibly get Ghislaine Maxwell a pardon or what that would look like.
00:52The vice president suggested that Tucker Carlson should interview Ghislaine Maxwell to exonerate Donald Trump.
00:59This is for us. We now know that the vice president and Vice President Vance has been directly involved in
01:06this massive cover-up.
01:07So for us, that is critical information. And we're going to be asking James Comer, we've done it already, but
01:14we're going to be asking formally here in the next day, we have to speak to Vice President Vance.
01:19We have to speak to Susie Wiles. We have to speak to Kash Patel, because they are having meetings in
01:25the situation room about covering up the Epstein files and protecting Donald Trump.
01:29And so this is, to us, a huge smoking gun as it relates to what the vice president is doing
01:35in the situation room. Any other questions about this, Tom?
01:37Do you think it's possible to get Todd Blanche under oath in the way you envision?
01:44Well, look, first, Todd Blanche, James Comer has already agreed to bring in Todd Blanche.
01:48So even if we have to do a subpoena, he should be under oath.
01:51And it has to be done in a way that's public and it's videotaped in relation to the public.
01:55So as it relates to, you know, privileged conversations, look, we have reporting now, I think pretty substantial reporting that
02:03the vice president is leading meetings in the situation room about the Epstein files.
02:06So they have a responsibility to come forward and explain to us why the hell that's happening and why they're
02:11strategizing about Ghislaine Maxwell.
02:13And then after the strategy session, Todd Blanche goes to meet with her and then they're talking about even things
02:20like a pardon in the situation room.
02:22The situation room is designed for national security crisis and they're having and J.D. Vance is convening meetings in
02:30that room.
02:31And so it's really concerning. And I think the vice president now has a lot of questions to answer.
02:35What makes you think, though, you're going to get compliance from the administration or is this something you're going to
02:39have to table if you win the majority this fall?
02:42Oh, well, you better best believe that if we don't get compliance by the time we win the majority, we're
02:47going to be going after all the answers as it relates to the administration.
02:50I think right now what's important for people to understand is that when the American public, the Epstein issue is
02:57the most bipartisan issue in the country.
02:59Both Republicans and Democrats agree that there's got to be a full release and disclosure.
03:04You have now the vice president and others talking about the Bongino talking about this is a slap in the
03:10face to the base of the Republican Party.
03:12So I think the vice president has a lot to answer for as to why he's sitting in the situation
03:15room and discussing strategy about Ghislaine Maxwell to exonerate the president.
03:20And he has a responsibility to his base and as a responsibility to the American public to make that explanation.
03:26Any other final questions?
03:27Just did the conversation with Bill Gates yesterday open up any ideas to bring anybody else in?
03:32Well, Bill Gates did share some names that we found interesting within the Gates Foundation, you know, kind of world.
03:37But also, look, I think one name that he brought up that keeps coming up is Larry Summers.
03:43There's clearly a much stronger relationship there between Mr. Summers and Epstein that they didn't even, I thought.
03:49But I think that Mr. Gates confirmed that.
03:52I think that's someone we're going to need to talk to pretty soon.
03:54All right.
03:54Do you have any final questions?
03:56You all are going to be leaving town without reauthorizing FISA.
03:59Does this present a national security issue?
04:01Well, Donald Trump shouldn't be nominating Pulte to lead such an important agency around national security.
04:07So there's obviously a lot of work there to do still.
04:09Thank you, guys.
