Plane trouble delays pope's return after migrant-focused Spain visit

An engine fault was detected on Pope Leo XIV's plane in the Canary Islands just before he was due to depart for Rome, forcing the pontiff to disembark and board a plane provided by King Felipe VI of Spain. His week-long trip has seen him visit Madrid, Barcelona, Gran Canaria and Tenerife, with his visit to the Canary Islands marked by a show of support for migrants.
