00:12In today's video, I'm going to show you how to fix the issue.
00:16My Files app not working or My Files keep stopping on your Android phone.
00:21As you can see, I'm using Spark's Neo 15 Ultra phone.
00:25When I tap on the My Files file manager app, it doesn't open, and I get an error message
00:31saying My Files keep stopping, with options like App Info and Close App.
00:37Because of this issue, I'm unable to access my phone's internal storage or view any files
00:42and documents.
00:43So the question is, how can we access internal storage when the default file manager is not
00:49working?
00:50Don't worry, the solution is very simple.
00:53First, open the Play Store.
00:55In the search bar, type File Manager.
00:59Now install the app called Files by Google.
01:02I already have it installed, but you need to install it on your device.
01:06Wait for the app to download and install completely.
01:12Once the installation is complete, open the Files by Google app.
01:17Now you can easily access internal storage, photos and videos, documents and downloads.
01:25Everything will be available inside this app.
01:28This is a 100% working method to access your files if the default My Files app is not working
01:34on your phone.
01:34I hope this video solves your problem.
