00:00We're talking about unprecedented inclusion, I suppose, democratization of space, I suppose.
00:07How are you looking at it? I mean, on the surface, it looks good.
00:11Right. Well, I'm not an investment advisor. I'm just a lawyer.
00:15And looking at it from the point of view of how this company is structured,
00:19it basically takes any possibility of any kind of shareholder input out.
00:24There's no way that shareholders get to influence this company.
00:28Obviously, there's dual class shares so that Elon Musk has complete voting control.
00:32The board can't even remove him unless he votes in favor of his own removal from CEO position, from chair
00:40of the board.
00:41They've basically limited shareholders' ability to litigate.
00:45Normally, shareholders can sue over things like fraud, over things like conflicts of interest.
00:49But assuming the governance documents holds up and they're enforceable, they've eliminated those rights as well.
00:55And of course, we all know about the early index inclusion.
00:57So a lot of shareholders are going to be forced to buy, even if they don't necessarily want to.
01:02It really, this is, you have to trust Elon Musk for this.
