00:00Well they have been truly shocking and will appall all fair-minded people. The
00:06vast majority of people in Northern Ireland. This does not represent the
00:10great place that Northern Ireland is. People have been terrified. I mean imagine
00:15masked thugs coming to your door in the middle of the night telling you to get
00:19out trying to set fire to your house. It's very hard to overstate the impact
00:24that it has obviously on those who have experienced that but also on the rest of
00:29the ethnic minority community living here in Northern Ireland contributing in so
00:33many ways because they think are we next? People being stopped in their cars being
00:37asked what their nationality is and that is why this has to stop. It's completely
00:43unacceptable and I want to pay tribute to the police, the emergency services, the
00:48fire and ambulance because they walk towards that danger to seek to protect
00:53people and I also want to pay tribute to the many people in Northern Ireland who've
00:57offered shelter and support to those who have been affected by the disorder that
01:01we have seen. Thankfully last night it was at a lower level than we witnessed on
01:05Tuesday.
