00:00Siri can tap into your personal context and help you quickly find something that, let's say,
00:06somebody sent you some time ago. What podcast did my sister recommend recently?
00:14So Siri is right now searching across my personal context and it finds a podcast that
00:18Stella recommended me to, like, yesterday, and now Siri can take actions on your behalf
00:24and play it for you. Play it.
00:30So Siri's cueing of the results right now.
00:34I'm Hugh Bonneville. Welcome to Sherlock Holmes' short stories, the series where we tell...
00:41Now, Siri can also work with what's on your screen. Let's say I'm planning for a campaign getaway
00:48this weekend with my friends. I started this last two. I don't have a lot of items here
00:52so far, but my friend Anne sent me some recommendations over email.
00:57So Siri can help me to get more organized and plan for this trip quickly.
01:04Add the stuff to my camping gear list and remind me to pack for the trip when I get home.
01:11Siri is right now reasoning at what's on the display, pulling out all the gear items, finding
01:17my camping gear list and adds all those items to the list. And here I am, all set and ready
01:24to go. Plus, I have a location-based reminder when I get home, not to throw it back.
01:32Now, I want to go a little bit further with you and show you how you can have rich conversations
01:37with Siri. Let's say I'm planning for a stargazing night this summer.
01:44What's the next meteor shower coming up?
01:48So Siri is right now pulling the latest relevant information around my area. Cool. I'm gonna swipe
01:55down to get into the conversation where I can go back and forth and get even more deeper
02:00and engaging answers. Are there any better ones for me to visit this summer around this area?
02:15Cool. So Siri provides me more deep answers. I have a couple of options. And if I want, I
02:22can actually also type. What was that great stargazing spot Eric told me about?
02:43So Siri is now tapping into the Apple Intelligent Capabilities. And it finds that message that Eric
02:50sent me yesterday about an amazing, incredible dark spot where I can do the stargazing. And if I
02:57want to return back to this conversation, we have a dedicated Siri app that stores all of your history.
03:05And one more thing that I want to show you is a new Siri camera mode. I'm gonna go to
03:10camera. I'm gonna swipe to
03:12Siri camera mode to the right of the photo mode. And now Siri can see what you see. Let's say,
03:20let's go over here.
03:24I can ask Siri questions about what's on the screen. And I'm gonna show you new expressive Siri's voice.
03:33I really loved Hyperion. Which of this I should read next?
03:44If you love the epic, philosophical and multi-layered storytelling of Hyperion, you should read Blindsight by
03:51Pierre What's Next, while Asterisk is a fantastic post-apocalyptic thriller.
03:56And again, I can go further and ask a follow-up question. Which of this were adopted for a TV
04:14show?
04:18Adopted, not posted. Let's see.
04:23It actually got my question. Yeah. So Google was adopted and now it's a Siler TV show on Apple TV.
04:31Yeah. Awesome. Thank you.
