00:00And it's incredible.
00:01And my goal was to get it all done, along with Interior and others that worked with
00:05us, to get it done before the July 4th date.
00:09July 4th was a very important date, so that was our — that was the date we looked at
00:14and we did a — we did a hell of a job.
00:17But everybody's looking at that reflecting pool.
00:20They can't believe it.
00:21Reflects.
00:22We used a dark blue.
00:24It's called American flag blue.
00:26I wanted to go light, but they said, sir, light doesn't reflect.
00:30And light shows leaves and garbage, if garbage.
00:33One man said, sir, when you leave, it'll be strewn with garbage again, and you don't want
00:38that.
00:39See, when I'm here, it'll be perfect.
00:40But when I leave, I said, you're right about that.
00:42You're probably right, depending on who's president or who's running it.
00:46But it's really beautiful.
00:47It's something for you to see.
00:48It's incredible.
00:49It's the largest — it's the longest pool in the world by three or four times.
00:54It's, you know, it's really pretty amazing.
00:56I said, that's where Martin Luther King made his great speech.
01:00And they say he had a million people.
01:01And I made a speech there for July 4th, a few years ago.
01:04And they said — and I was packed — and they said, I had 25,000 people.
01:08They said he had a million.
01:09But when you look at the picture, I said, well, wait, the people were even tighter at
01:15mine.
01:15I had more people than him.
01:16But they said I had 25,000 and he had a million.
01:19But I'm not going to argue with Martin Luther King because I don't know.
