01:24It's an honor to be here at Guantanamo Bay.
01:26I was here 20 years ago serving as a soldier as part of the
01:30CIA detention mission.
01:31This was then, and is here today, a very important and strategic piece of American terrain.
01:39And we're here from the Department of War to get a chance to see it,
01:42make sure it's as strong as it can possibly be,
01:45that you have everything you need to be,
01:47and that the world understands that American might,
01:51whether it's 9,000 miles away or 90 miles away from our shores,
01:57he's the greatest in the world,
01:59and prepared to go on offense or defense at any moment to defend our interests.
02:04So we're here to talk to your leaders,
02:06but even more importantly this morning to be with you to do some PT in this beautiful piece of terrain.
02:12What happens with the future of Cuba is in the hands of our,
02:14of the President of the United States,
02:16and the leadership of Cuba,
02:18no matter what,
02:20the Department of War is going to be prepared,
02:22and postured for any possible contingency.
02:25We're here to talk about that today,
02:27and then do a little PT.
