00:05It's an honor to be here at Guantanamo Bay. I was here 20 years ago serving as a soldier
00:10as part of the detention mission. This was then and is here today a very important and
00:18strategic piece of American terrain and we're here from the Department of War to
00:22get a chance to see it, make sure it's as strong as it could possibly be, that you
00:27have everything you need to be and that the world understands that American
00:32might, whether it's 9,000 miles away or 90 miles away from our shores, is the
00:39greatest in the world and prepared to go on offense or defense at any moment to
00:44defend our interests. So we're here to talk to your leaders but even more
00:49importantly this morning to be with you to do some PT in this beautiful piece of
00:53terrain. What happens with the future of Cuba is in the hands of our of the
00:57President of the United States and the leadership of Cuba, no matter what the
01:02Department of War is going to be prepared and postured for any possible
01:06contingency. We're here to talk about that today and then do a little PT. How's that
01:10sound?
