01:09:47I know where he's been, and how long he's been in the business, and how much he's helped

01:09:59Because I was a little girl when I met Freddie.
01:10:01And he treated me almost like a granddaughter.
01:10:06When you think of Freddie, your heart fills up with gladness.
01:10:11Classy Freddie Blassett was to wrestling what Babe Ruth was to baseball.
01:10:17He looked like a champion.
01:10:19He acted like a champion.
01:10:20He was the first real champion.
01:10:22He set the standard for what a championship wrestler should be like.
01:10:27But I think of Freddie Blassett, there's only one thing that comes to mind.

01:10:54and I think that Freddie almost looked at my family as his family.
01:11:00And I just remember Freddie as the most incredible person.
01:11:03It's the passing of yet, you know, the last vestige of a bygone era in our business,
01:11:09and it will sadly be missed.
