Some experiences in life catch you completely off guard, and this hilarious clip captures a man facing one of those instances. It occurred during his friend's wedding, where he was excitedly anticipating a piece of cake, just like at many weddings before. To his shock, rather than a neat slice, he saw the top section of the cake being brutally pulled away. "It was a genuine three-tier cake, and all layers were real," shared the videographer, Breann Holobaugh, with WooGlobe. "The top layer was meant for the bride and groom and was taken off in that same manner, prompting me to start filming."
They might be saving the top for the bride and groom to freeze - that's a common tradition, maybe getting more outdated though these days. Usually it's a slice or a couple at most but I've seen people save a whole part to freeze.
I get wanting to maximize the portions but she should've done it in a closed room. Its very unappetizing seeing someone destroy a cake like that. It looks destructive to everyone at the wedding like she was sabotaging the wedding cake.
