00:00Thanks to your efforts and the efforts of others across the country, there's some really good news because there's some
00:05green shoots now. I genuinely believe that we can say that. You're always nervous about saying there's green roots just
00:10in case. But if you put together what has happened in really challenging circumstances, the biggest falling waiting list in
00:1817 years, that is really good. That is an incredible achievement.
00:25And as you know from some of the stock takes, we've been tracking that every month and I'm really pleased
00:31that we've hit that. The fastest ambulance response times for half a decade, again, given all the background, the difficulties,
00:40what an achievement that is. The lowest A&E wait times for five years, millions of extra appointments and productivity
00:49across the NHS improving.
00:50Now, if you'd asked me two years ago at the general election whether I'd have been able to produce that
00:56in two years, I'd have said that's going to be a push, that's going to be a strain. But through
00:59you and the teams that you lead and the leadership that you've shown, we've been able to do that.
