00:00I'm fascinated to get your take on the President of the United States being in
00:03attendance tonight. Right decision, wrong decision, what are your thoughts here?
00:08I have sat at playoff games with him before. Last time I sat there with him,
00:12he sat next to me for the Rangers Kings final, when the Rangers lost, and told me
00:17he was gonna run for president. As a matter of fact, I said, get out of here.
00:20I've known him forever. Okay, Dawg and I did boxing events for him in Atlantic City
00:24when it was Bo Holyfield and he was promoting boxing. Now his relationship
00:27with New York has gotten very frayed and very strained on a lot of levels
00:32politically. We know that. But I've always seen him as a New Yorker. So am I
00:36surprised he would come back? First of all, he and Dolan are close. He is such a
00:40divisive force right now that it's crazy. So there's gonna be many people hating
00:44that he's there as many, plus they canceled the thing outside the garden,
00:48which a lot of people are gonna blame him for. When it's the president, he
00:52inconveniences a lot of people when he goes to a building. When George Bush came
00:56to Yankee Stadium, when they played Arizona and after 9-11, Dawg and I would
01:01did the game that day. We did a remote that day in Rockefeller Center. We took a
01:06car up. We didn't get in the building till the third inning going in the media
01:09entrance because of George Bush. Wow. That just tells you how much it can get
01:14filed up. So all I would say to you is, listen, if you're lucky enough to go to the
01:17game tonight, go early because the president will inconvenience it because they
01:21shut everything down and they don't care. They don't care. Their job is to protect him. They don't care.
01:26But let's be honest. He is in New York. He's always been in New Yorker. He's been
01:30in that building a million times, a million times. I've sat next to him at
01:34playoff games. So I can't tell you that he is not in a place where he has been
01:39many, many times. He has been.
