34:06I did get the shark and the catfish all cleaned up.

34:44And I'm actually going to fry the catfish and a couple of pieces of shark, some little shark bites.
34:51I am going to marinate the shark meat in this for about 30 minutes.
34:57It's like soy sauce with a little citrus in it.
35:00It actually tastes pretty good.
35:02I've never tried it on a shark before, but I have to believe it's going to be good.
35:07I did soak the shark meat in milk for about two hours.
35:12This is not all the shark.
35:13I did put a lot of it in the freezer.
35:16I got a goodie bag for Tara's daughter.

35:29Our shark marinated in that sauce for about 30 minutes.

35:37And now we're going to start building our kebabs.

36:14I just put some mustard and hot sauce in there.

36:26I bet it's going to start smelling good in like 30 seconds.

39:03I noticed the, uh, the shell cat is not as wet as a freshwater catfish.
39:10There's a lot of people that don't keep gas tops, shell cats.
39:16I'm guessing because they're slimy.
39:20They're kind of a mess.
39:22They're a lot slimy.
39:23And honestly, you don't get a whole lot of meat off of those shell cats.
39:27If I, if I was to put it on side by side with a blue cat the exact same size,
39:30I'd probably
39:30get double the meat off of a blue cat.
39:33I don't know, those shell cats are thin and they, uh, they got a big bloodline in them too.
39:39But, they, they are delicious to eat.
39:42They just don't yield a lot of meat.
39:45The freshwater cat and the shell, and the saltwater cats definitely tastes different.
39:52I don't know how to explain it, honestly.
39:58But the, the, the shell cat, the meat is flakier.
