A loose follow-up to "The Power of Good", a documentary about the forgotten story of Nicholas Winton who saved 669 Czechoslovak children from the Nazis in 1939, "Nicky´s Family" shows the phenomenal reactions that his story caused around the globe. Inspired by Winton, the young generation gets “infected” with the “virus of good” and tries to do its part in making the world a better place. The modern-day story of humanitarian activism and global goodwill is interwoven with dramatic reenactments that depict Winton’s and surviving rescued children‘s accounts of the 1939 events - most of them for the first time.
