12:46em's good trouty so two beautiful fish in the esky um we're gonna eat this purple cod tonight
12:52for dinner and what are we doing tonight sushi sushi so we're gonna go down the beach cook this
12:58sucker up don't go anywhere this is gonna be bloody tasty we'll see soon all right guys we've
13:03made it back to the beach um after yesterday's awesome day out we really needed a well-deserved
13:09rest last night so we decided not to do the cook up last night and decided to come out today
13:14and she's windy completely change of weather like it looks like it's stormy it's windy so
13:22got everything ready for our sushi rolls it's gonna be good i'm gonna knock the skin off this fish
13:28this cattle dog man i'm keen i'm gonna suck in all day how beautiful is that fillet now i'm gonna
13:36just quickly knock the skin off it you would have seen me do the skin before but pretty simple
13:41quick incision nice flexi knife so it does its trick and apply a bit of downward pressure on
13:47the skin and that'll just take all the meat off the skin oh and a sharp knife helps today yeah

14:01done that before look at that how good is that knock a few of those pin bones out cut the
14:08fish into
14:09little fingers for our little sushi bits i'm excited for this let's do it we love sushi we've decided to
14:18do our sushi two ways so we're gonna do a panko crumb cattle dog cod and then for the other
14:24half of
14:25the sushi we're gonna do like a teriyaki sort of sauce all smooshed in with the fish what's it called
14:32marinade that's it so we've got our panko crumb here we'll put a little bit of salt and pepper in
14:38there we'll do a little egg wash and then we'll put our teriyaki sauce you can do that now if
14:43you
14:43want straight in there perfect put half of the fish in there yeah lovely and then we'll do the eggs
14:53and coat them in panko there delicious all right we've got our teriyaki sauce marinating there and
15:01we're just gonna egg wash the other half of the fish straight into that bread crumb
15:08and that is gonna get loaded with panko so it's nice and crunchy and then we'll just shallow fry
15:14these little bits of fish little fish fingers fingers they're good do the rest of them and we'll
15:22start cooking yep let's get it going we'll do the teriyaki first or i can just all in
15:31perfect
15:32that was a tick along in there a bit more juice
15:37that there oh yeah
15:46it's definitely not the healthiest feed but deep frying stuff but it is so yum that's all our fish

15:58give that a couple minutes and then let's get frying no we're frying now let's get rolling
16:04well this fish is pretty much done because it was so small little thinly cut didn't take long to cook
16:13yum em's got some what do you got going on the sushi we're on the back of a highway too

16:26that's good though yeah i guess the fish is pretty much ready to go in so get em prepping the

16:32them we'll get stuck into it what's happening em all right so i've just put a bit of cucumber and
16:37some avocado on the roll and we're trying to go on first which flavor this one teriyaki fish
