00:04PowerPoint is collaborate with multiple people in the PowerPoint that you have. So for that,
00:12your PowerPoint must be saved in OneDrive. So once that is done, you can actually go around
00:17over here on the top right hand side and here you can see share. So you can go ahead and
00:23click
00:23on share and then what you can do is you can go ahead and type in the email address of
00:29the person
00:30that you want to go ahead and collaborate with right here. So let's just go ahead right here
00:35and let's say for example, I'm going to go ahead and share it out with this person right here. So
00:41I'm just going to go ahead and give the editing permission right here. You can even just give
00:46view only permission to that people. So you can simply say, let's say collaborate with me. Let's
00:52say for example, right here. So once you go ahead and do that, you can go ahead and hit share
00:57right
00:58here. And then the invitation is sent for that particular person. So that particular person
01:05will be able to go ahead and then access out your PowerPoint slide now. So what happens is that the
01:13other person will receive an email. So basically this is what you have, as you can see right here.
01:20So now it says invited you to edit a file, you can see that you received an email like this.
01:27So now
01:27what you need to do is click on open right here. And then the other person will be able to
01:32access the
01:32same slide right here online, as you can see right here, and they will be able to go ahead and
01:38make
01:38changes to the slide. For example, they can go ahead and remove the overview and so forth right here.
01:44So once you go ahead and do that, you can see that this is what you have, you can see
01:48that the other
01:49person is actually editing this out. So what happens is that the the changes will actually reflect right
01:56here. So you can see that this is what you have. And then you can go ahead and maintain this
02:01right
02:02here as well, and so forth. And then whatever teams they make right here on the slide will be reflected
02:08over there as well. So this is basically how you can actually go ahead and give a let's say collaboration
02:15option by giving them editing permission while sharing out the slide right here. So you can see that this is
02:22what
02:22you have, you can see that I see the sign in option right here. So once I go ahead and
02:28do that, you can see that I
02:30actually now am signed in. And then I can go ahead and edit this out now. So you can see
02:35that the other person right here is
02:37editing out the slide and you can actually see like the real time changes right here. So once I go
02:43ahead and do that
02:44right here, you can see that this is the change I made. This is the one I made from other
02:49account. And then one can work
02:51on one slide and then the other can work on another slide right here at the same time as well.
02:57So that is basically how you can
02:59go ahead and then collaborate on presentations using the share feature in PowerPoint. So hope you guys learned
03:07something as always. And as always, please like, comment, share, and subscribe.
