If the Commanders are going to have a good year, Jayden Daniels can't always be 'Super Man'. Is the roster good enough to avoid that?

06:57what they are now the ami's numbers are crazy because his career high in receiving yards was in 24 he

07:06over 300 receiving yards that season he had 30 catches for 308 with a touchdown yeah career high
07:12is 300 yards over 17 games played largely has been healthy missed a couple games here and there but
07:18largely has been healthy obviously has vertical speed that playoff run in three games he had 14
07:25catches for 229 yards and a touchdown like he's capable of doing that has to be healthy and get
07:35opportunity is he at a point now where a coach designer say hey let's get him involved more

07:50you can recreate because they didn't have it that they didn't jayden and diami weren't connecting like

11:00quarter um just gosh that was that was fun man that was yeah that was a fun game to be

11:08and to be in that locker room after i mean you experienced that as a player like you experienced
11:14that as a different level even being a person who wasn't playing in those games you know i i know

11:21i would say for me and saying that man that run felt like we were on the field man and

11:30like when i hear people talk about how jaden is with the virtual reality and stuff like that
11:36that virtual reality thing speeds up at a point and it gets him comfortable doing things when he gets on
11:41the field yeah it's the same thing as when you believe in yourself and going into practice and you
11:47practice that way so like i understand that practice is not a game speed but if you get as
11:53close as you can to game speed and you do that in practice when you step on the football field
11:58it's no doubt that you could do what the hell you you want to do but if you go through
12:03the motions in
12:04practice and make it easy in practice you have to find another level in the game don't find it
12:11bring it with you i know ben johnson is celebrated for his offensive genius and a lot of it is
12:18warranted but i will never understand in a game where you were turning it they had five detroit
12:24had five turnovers in that game help me with the math on this because i think it's pretty damn close
12:28to 10 yards and carry the commanders rushed that ran the ball 42 times or 182 yards and three touchdowns
12:36now maybe that's a little skewed because jayden also ran 15 times and i doubt all of that was designed
12:41right but even if you back out jayden's 15 that's what 27 carries in that game just to running backs
12:51the lions in that game you and i sat there and watched it yeah the lions could get anything they
12:56wanted running the ball jameer gibbs could get anything he wanted yeah they ran the ball only 23 times
13:02for 201 yards yeah that's almost 10 yards a carry see that is when and they were never out of

13:09you never had to get away from the run the biggest lead was was a 10 point lead by the

13:15in the game sure but i i think they should i think that gibbs should have had more carry if

13:5710 yards a 10 yards a pass reception is outstanding in a football game if i'm getting 10 every carry
14:05you know what i'm doing chalking up the yards i go down i score you got less time why would

14:13back and throw it interception give you the ball back he should have ran that ball 40 times that game
14:18and that is why i still question ben johnson because is he good enough to stay focused on
14:27what's happening as a team or does he focus on how do i make myself look good that game was

14:33was a wild ride man that detroit defense was so banged up that they couldn't you could have played
