00:09We used Puerto Rico Green Transportation several times for our bachelorette party of nine,
00:14from the airport to our Airbnb, to Old San Juan, to restaurants and then to the airport at the end
00:20of the trip. Booking transportation was so easy, and they were very flexible when we needed to
00:25reschedule, cancel or add pickups. I was able to communicate with them via email, text and phone
00:31even past business hours, and they were always so polite and helpful. They called or texted to let
00:37us know they were on their way or if they were running a little behind. All of our drivers were
00:42so professional, kind and accommodating. They gave us tips for places to go and restaurants to eat,
00:48and even took photos of us on the beach. I want to really thank this company for helping to make

00:53first trip to Puerto Rico so amazing. We loved being able to travel all together and we always

01:33eight adults and two children, and she was was patient and helpful as we worked through details.
01:38Naomi was also very informative, patient and helpful when I called to make adjustments and confirm all
01:44reservations. Eric, our first driver that picked us up from the airport, was particularly friendly and
01:50professional. Felix was also friendly and conversational. I will definitely keep Puerto Rico

02:09arrangements and questions, to helping us figure out what to do while on the island, to Harold and
02:14Gabriel who gave us the tour. Everything was wonderful. They were very knowledgeable of the
02:20island, friendly and personable. We were a family of six which included an 8 years dotto slash 3 years
02:26dotto and 1 year dotto. They made us feel welcomed and like family. Answered all questions and very
02:33helpful. The tour was catered to our needs especially the kids. Everyone felt included and walked away with so
02:40much knowledge. It was very interactive and fun. Would definitely recommend this to everyone and we will
02:46most definitely use them again on our next trip. Not to mention the prices are very reasonable.

03:41a negative COVID result. Joseph was an incredible driver and guide. He was able to get us into
03:48locations we could never have gotten to alone. He was very happy and a pleasure to talk to throughout
03:54the day, giving great history tidbits and fun facts about the island and the culture. He gave great
03:59recommendations throughout the day and for the rest of our stay. In conclusion, Joseph was top tier.
