00:19He led us on a 5-hour tour of L-Yung-K and helped us climb over some very muddy

00:27Because we were so muddy, he literally offered us the flip-flops he had.
00:33He took pictures of us with his camera and sent us the photos after the trip.
00:38That said, I was not happy with the company making me send them digital images of my driver's license and
00:45credit card, which for privacy reasons did not think it was necessary.
00:49Also, they didn't provide me with Harold's contact info until that morning and I didn't get the text message until
00:57after waiting for him to show.
00:59I did get my extra 3-hour refund quickly but paying for extra hours is not something that other tour
01:06companies charge in advance especially given it was an airport drop-off where we weren't going to miss our flight
01:12with extra hours.
01:14We booked this tour for the day we were going to be in port.
01:18Harold promptly picked us up at the scheduled time and was very friendly, considerate to our interests and extremely knowledgeable.
01:26I would highly recommend booking with Puerto Rico Green Transportation and if you can ask for Harold.
