00:00One city.
00:09Wait, wait.
00:13I'm gonna leave.
00:15I'm going to give it to you.
00:45on the island and on the island,
00:47We are here to the island of the island,
00:51and we have our friends
00:53and our friends.
00:57and we don't want to do that.
01:01The forces of the threat will come to the
01:02Ngarani and the Hashi
01:04and the threat will only be a matter of
01:10Iran came here two weeks ago and they train over here
01:14and so they are actually getting used to the weather, atmosphere and everything
01:19that's going to be before travelling to Mexico for the base gun
01:31Obviously, Iran has two different matches here in the city of Inglewood at SoFi Stadium,
01:37then one up in Seattle. Our information and intelligence is working on overtime just to
01:45make sure what kind of information's out there. Are there protests that may be scheduled? What
01:51kind of events surrounding that? For us as a team, we take what we call an all-hazards approach.
01:57Meaning we have to be prepared for any contingency or any challenge that may happen. So obviously,
02:03for all of us, we are paying a lot of attention to the whole event, but Iran does bring a
02:09different
02:09dynamic because of the current world events. We've spent months or years actually coordinating
02:15our efforts. When fans fill the streets and venues of Los Angeles, LAPD officers will be there. From
02:21the FIFA Fan Festival to watch parties across the city, bus and metro stations and our entertainment
02:27districts, we'll ensure that every visitor and every resident enjoy a safe and memorable experience.
02:32As a fellow Angeleno, I want you all to join me in celebrating the most popular sport on Earth. These
02:39are some of the greatest athletes in the world. Enjoy a match in person, on TV, and with friends or
02:45family.
02:45Between the dates of June 11th all the way through July 19th, if you are a criminal, this is a
02:52terrible,
02:53terrible time to commit a crime. Because you will see a law enforcement presence the likes of which you
02:59do not see on the average day in Los Angeles. Like we did in 1994, like we did in 1999,
03:06in 2026, LA is going to crush
03:09this World Cup and make it one of the most fantastic once-in-a-generation experiences for everyone
03:16coming to Los Angeles, for the people here to enjoy and celebrate their teams.
