00:00so the original ending was me on the couch and you know i go to put the gun in my
00:05mouth and i
00:05snap back into myself and then i view the carnage that has just happened and then i very quickly
00:12shoot myself like very quickly like there was not that much hesitation like that if anything was
00:16going to be like the last and final jump scare and then the camera rig was going to go down
00:21and then
00:21it was going to go to the tv just like originally planned but um we had done everything we did
00:25the
00:25squib i mean we did some uncomfortable research on how to authentically um twitch your body you know
00:32i just just trying to do it authentically so that was the original that in the original script that
00:37ending and then on the day um he was just like i want to i want to try this um
00:43and we did a take
00:45and it just felt wonderful i'm your freaky nikki there's just sometimes on film sets where things
00:53happen and it's just like it it's otherworldly and it's not it's kind of indescribable and that's
00:59how i felt filming the ending scene that is ultimately used in the movie it was just
01:02i think one of my favorite scenes to film
