00:06after only three athletes have left the country for the Ketuaan Berbasikal Trek Remaja Dunia in Belgium.
00:12The problem is when the Ketuaan Dunia is in the same way with the Ketuaan Sosuk Masa Lango.
00:17And Beasley thinks that the importance of the country should be in the same way
00:21besides the Ketuaan Berbasikal Muda that has been working hard for the Ketuaan Bertaraf Antarabangsa.
00:30I'm disappointed. I'm not shocked because it's Malaysia.
00:33But I'm disappointed that some states have chosen their state over national.
00:41And I think it's something that the federation have to tie up.
00:46I mean, there's nothing in our constitution that states, you know, who takes precedence.
00:53And luckily these events don't overlap a lot.
00:56But in this instance it does. And it affects, you know, a few riders that I think have worked incredibly
01:03hard to earn the right to represent their country.
01:07So it's not going to happen for them, which is sad. But it is what it is.

01:34So from my perspective, that's pretty sad when they've got a few more super cycles where this is their last
01:41junior world championships, you know, sort of year.
01:44So for me, I think there's a lot of selfishness.
01:50I understand from their perspective, but they're not even trying to understand from the athlete's perspective.
01:56So that's the sad irony of all of this.
02:00So, but it is what it is.
02:02And until the federation tighten up their regulations and, you know, put in black and white how the structure should
02:09work and flow,
02:10then these things are going to unfortunately happen.
