00:21has raised profound questions about the very premises
00:24for Russia's aggression against Ukraine in the first place,
00:26saying that Ukraine or NATO did not pose a threat to Russia,
00:29which is part of Putin's narrative,
00:31and it was a direct challenge to Putin's authority.
00:33So this raises profound questions.
00:35It shows real cracks.
00:37We always prepare for every contingency.
00:40In terms of what happens in Russia,
00:43it's an internal matter for the Russians to figure out.
00:46Of course, when we're dealing with a major power,
00:49and especially a major power that has nuclear weapons,
00:51that's something that's of concern, something we're very focused on.
00:55We haven't seen any change in Russia's nuclear posture.
