What began as a normal outdoor hike quickly turned tense as the pair realised they were in close proximity to large grizzlies moving through the area.
According to the footage, the situation escalated within seconds, leaving little time to react as the bears appeared to be moving across their path. The pair stayed alert and focused on distancing themselves safely, carefully navigating the moment without breaking into panic, despite the intensity of the encounter.
She said: “Sharing this more for education than anything. This could’ve ended very differently. We did some things right and some things wrong. We weren’t perfect in the moment, and situations happen fast. Safety should always come first."
