00:22The advice highlights the dangers of drinking alcohol during water-related activities and
00:29advises people not to dive or jump straight into open water, which can cause cold water
00:33shock.
00:34If you find yourself unexpectedly in the water, you can extend your arms and legs and float
00:39on your back until the effects of cold water shock pass.
