01:31trip to florida coming to st thomas you are truly getting paradise but because we're on a small
01:37island land is not unlimited so the prices are a little higher jay you are an an anesthesiologist
01:44i'm a nurse anesthetist nurse nurse oh that's a tongue twister okay i'm a nurse who provides
01:55the school on the east end is that the montessori school yeah oh awesome my boys went over there

02:04we're really looking forward to slowing down getting to know people being a part of the community
02:08and enjoying our new life and our hopefully new house i've been working for 80 hours a week so
02:13there's no life work balance there you know it takes a toll also on me because he's not home as
02:19much and i miss him and when i'm home i'm just so cranky and tired and i don't want to
02:22deal with
02:24anything i would definitely like three beds a pool furnished or unfurnished we are looking for
02:30furnished absolutely like we want it to be like almost turnkey yeah we would like the house to be
02:35open free-flowing every year back in new jersey we would host like friendsgiving and we'd have like
02:4020 to 30 people at our house so we would love to continue that tradition here in the islands
02:44if we make enough friends that is uh trust me you're in st thomas you're gonna make friends
02:49okay great an important thing for me mike and i discussed again uh it's having a large enough
02:54property that i can have a chicken coop i grew up in the farm and i would love to have

03:20is something very common on island i will say though tanya if we get it for a million we don't
03:24need a renter do i want to be a landlord in st thomas oh you do yeah are you planning

03:38ideal is they want a property where they don't have to do any work that million dollars versus the 1

03:43going to be the difference in how much work they have to do versus just walking right in and start

03:55we are here in peterborg and this is considered like a really prestigious area of the island
04:03there's both gated and non-gated communities within peterborg it's accessible to megan's bank so if you
04:10just wanted to walk to the beach you could take this road and walk down to the beach this beautiful
04:15property that we are about to see this is listed at 1.695 tanya that's not yeah i hope this

04:31is killer and it does have a one bedroom one bath apartment and it's furnished so you can get anywhere

08:25have a rental the only thing that makes me even possibly consider this house is the view it was
08:32tough because i was thinking that given this like beautiful property we went a little higher on the
08:37price point to make sure that it had that stronger appeal and it did not make the great all right

15:12apartment it with a one bath nice i like that as far as budget we're looking at about 920 with
