00:19and really being aware how insignificant we are in the grand scheme of things.

00:28You get this idea that I'm not on the Earth and I'm not at the moon,
00:34but I'm just kind of in the cosmos.
00:36And then that perspective really challenges you
00:38because now you're looking down at everything that you've ever known,
00:43all of humanity right there, and you have this deep appreciation
00:47for how big the universe really is.
00:51And for me, it's just made me cherish and appreciate
00:56how delicate and how precious the little island we live on really is.
