First, take an Ice Cream cone, then dip the top and bottom of it in melted chocolate.
Then cover the melted chocolate with colorful sparkles.
Then let it dry for some time.
Fill the cone with GEMS, SHOTS, or any of your favorite chocolates.
Then cover the top of the cone with a biscuit dipped in melted chocolate.
Cover it again with melted chocolate.
Let it dry for some time and voila.....your surprise gem cone is ready.
