This left me in tears 😅 I deal in an area that constantly intersects with Alzheimer's and people's treatment of those with the condition.
Alzheimer's is one of the cruellest conditions out there. I'm glad they added that deterioration *can* be made worse by outside factors i.e. bullying, negligence, inappropriate sites/residents. And that true happiness & unselfish love can help even the worst illnesses, terminal or not.
