00:24emotional abuse that took place before their 2024 breakup, quote, often in front of a minor child
00:30or while they were trapped in the car with him. The 37-year-old who had asked for primary physical
00:35custody wrote that Thomas's erratic and bizarre behavior escalated after their daughter's April
00:412023 birth, quote, he had paranoid behavior saying that my mother and I were plotting to take Luetta
00:47away from him. He got very mad at me when I would not let his mother smoke weed in my
00:51house when
00:52Luetta was a newborn. Rumor claimed the dynamic left Luetta, now three, traumatized and crying
00:58a lot, which is why she does not want him to have overnights or time with Luetta without
01:02a 7.30 child custody evaluation. Additionally, Rumor expressed hesitation over Thomas' fiancee,
01:09Lizzie Locke, being present for his parenting time due to his known history of fighting in
01:13relationships and in front of the child. Thomas, however, insisted Rumor made this request because
01:19she feels enraged by their daughter's clear affection for his new partner. As for the
01:23abuse claims, he declared, I have committed no acts of domestic violence in any form, including
01:28any active coercive control. Thomas also fired back at Rumor's request that he submit to
01:33court-ordered drug testing due to his history of chronic daily marijuana use and evidence
01:38of behavior indicative of someone under the influence of drugs for extended periods of time.
01:43Claiming he is not a current user of marijuana, Thomas wrote, I have previously used marijuana
01:48as legally allowed, and at no point did I engage in the use of marijuana to such a degree as
01:53to render me unable to fully and properly fulfill my duties and obligations as Luetta's father.
01:58Rumor, however, described an alleged incident when the exes lived together, and Thomas was
02:02so high that he could not even watch her for those couple of minutes without her rolling off
02:07the couch. Rumor also requested that Thomas not be allowed to bathe with Luetta, calling this
02:12highly inappropriate at her age. Thomas, meanwhile, insisted,
02:16Luetta never suffered for any want in my care, has never been injured in any way, has not suffered
02:22trauma or emotional or physical abuse of any kind, nor been neglected at any time. She's been in my
02:27care. Elsewhere in the documents, Rumor accused Thomas' alleged antics of causing high stress and
02:33chaos during her visits to Los Angeles to visit her extremely ill father, Bruce, who suffers from
02:39frontotemporal dementia. She also claimed Thomas has not paid her any support, and expects her wealthy
02:44family to take care of everything, which she claimed is impossible as she does not rely on her parents
02:49for her expenses to be paid and is going to be in severe debt with attorney fees. Thomas' lawyer told
02:55the outlet Rumor's filings were substantially inaccurate and replete with false allegations,
