00:00We were expecting signatures on the agreement, so far we don't have that, but right now, I mean, Strait of
00:07Hormuz is in a strange state between war and peace.
00:11And it is really in everybody's interest that the freedom of navigation is respected in the Strait of Hormuz because
00:20everybody's paying a very high price for this.
00:22Of course, we are discussing also other aspects of the Middle East situation and how does it impact us and
00:31how we can cooperate together on these issues.
00:34Then we will discuss also our core interests regarding Russia.
00:41In these negotiations, it's not much happening right now, and we also see on the battlefield that Russia is on
00:51a back foot there.
00:52So that's why it's really the place to discuss with the foreign ministers, you know, the core interests, the core
00:58requests that we also have for Russia.
01:01Because once we get and we go to the table, then it should be also very clear what we are
01:08doing there, what is the substance that we want to discuss.
01:12Now, I find that it's a trap that Russia wants us to walk into, that we discuss who talks to
01:18them and they are already picking who is suitable or who is not.
01:22Let's not walk into that trap.
01:24Negotiations is always a team effort.
01:26You have good cups, you have bad cups, you have a strategy how you go to the table.
01:30So that's why the substance is much more important than who.
