00:00It's really difficult with Tottenham. You look at the players and think they've got a decent enough squad. They've got
00:07a squad which minimum should be mid-table, you wouldn't say, looking at the players that they've got. And that's
00:15two seasons in a row now. I think they've finished 17th.
00:18So it's obviously a mentality issue. I think obviously Foreman was also picked up since the Zerbe's gone in there
00:25and he seems to be a strong manager who likes to take control of every detail within the club, which
00:31is, for me, that's the way to go.
00:33Again, another side, they're going to have to invest, but they're going to have to invest in three or four
00:39starting 11 players this summer. Players with the right mentality, with the right sort of not moving to Tottenham because
00:46it's a big club and a lovely stadium in a great city and they have the potential to do something.
00:52They need to be players that move in and go, right, I'm going to drag this team from 17th up
00:57into the top six or wherever we can get them to.
01:00And the manager seems like a leader and he needs more leaders in the dressing room and that all comes
01:05down to recruitment.
