00:13Journal. The company agreed to buy Curivo for up to $1.5 billion, Limitech Biologics for up to $780
00:22million, and Vaccine Company for up to $1.55 billion, all in cash. Curivo is developing a
00:29shingles vaccine with potentially reduced side effects. Limitech is working on vaccines against
00:35bacterial pathogens, including Staphylococcus aureus, for which no licensed vaccine exists.
00:42Vaccine Company is developing a vaccine against the Epstein-Barr virus, which also has no licensed
00:48vaccine. Lilly said the deals could make vaccines a core business alongside diabetes, obesity,
