00:16favor of the tolling system. I mean, there's no country in the world that's in favor of the tolling system
00:19except the regime in Iran, so that's not acceptable. That cannot happen. The straits need to be open, unimpeded, without
00:26tolls, and obviously that's not acceptable.
00:30That needs to happen immediately, as soon as anything's agreed to.
