00:04He's obviously got his ground in coaching from Pep,
00:08and you can see when he initially took over Arsenal,
00:12he tried to play like Man City.
00:13There was the inverted full-backs,
00:17there was the attacking style of play,
00:18there was the quick wingers, all that sort of stuff.
00:21And over a period of time, he's adapted and found what suits Arsenal
00:25and what suits the group of players that he has.
00:28And found a way, I suppose, to overcome Man City.
00:32He's adapted and he's changed and he's added his own sort of little things
00:39that needed to be, like the long throws, the set pieces,
00:43they're very, very difficult to play against,
00:45all that sort of stuff has been probably something that Arteta has added
00:49to the style of play and the formations and the systems
00:52that was already there from Pep.
00:54So, I mean, it's a huge achievement from Arteta,
00:59because the pressure he must have been under was massive.
